Casa Aspudden 2.0

This is ASPUDDEN 2.0 The second project completed in Apsudden. It consist of 4 units, each approx 110sqm. Every unit have a cortyard in front of the house and a more provate in the back. They also have terracess on the roof. The landscape is quite steep. There is a height difference of about 8 meters from one side to the other wich where a bit of a challenge. In the design we used the height difference to create a more private outdoor space, thats also why the volumes are slightly rotated to each other. The layout of the bottomfloor is very clean and uncomplicated. The courtyards are present visually.
